The short version:

 

Former fiancé and current husband Rob Hupcher is not your typical wedding author. Enlivened by narrowly surviving his own wedding-planning journey, Rob wrote Wedding Planning Sucks to help others attain post-wedding-planning bliss without the typical suffering. Despite being a wedding veteran, he doesn’t blog about weddings and seriously questions those who do. Along with his two cats who tolerate him, Rob lives in New York City with the best thing to come out of wedding planning, his wife Jen.

Born and raised in New York, Rob has an affinity for thin crust pizza, picking the wrong grocery checkout line, and thinking of clever comebacks hours after being insulted by his coworkers. When not working or responding to hate mail, Rob enjoys watching mediocre TV series with Jen, going to the gym so he can eat embarrassingly large meals, sampling local beers with his friends, and being cold. Although he thinks everyone should live in a big city to strengthen their immune system, Rob is very much looking forward to moving to the suburbs so he can jog in peace.

 

Rob is a Libra, which means absolutely nothing.
